Tapmyads Technologies Pte Ltd (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Tapmyads", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

1.Introduction

1. This Privacy Policy covers the provision of the Services only and not any other companies' websites which you may access from the Application or by using the Services.

2. If we change the Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page. If you do not accept any changes to the Privacy Policy please stop using the Services and close your account.

2.Personal Information Collected

1. We will only collect personal information about you that you have given, either:

a. when you register for the Services; or

b. if you have previously registered your details with a company which has entered into an agreement with Tapmyads.

2. When you register to use the Services you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, and e-mail address, date of birth, gender and other lifestyle information.

1. We may use personal information for: administrative, operational and marketing purposes and to communicate with you about your use of the Services or any changes to the Services.

2. If you breach the Terms of Use your personal information may be passed to third parties, such as our legal advisors to the extent necessary to enable those third parties to resolve the matter.

3. If this business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchasers and their advisors and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

4. We may be obliged to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law.

4. Other Information

1. We may also collect and disclose information to third parties in aggregate (so that no individual members are identified) for statistical analysis and strategic development purposes.

6. Overseas

1. We will only pass on information about you as an individual (as opposed to aggregate information) to third parties overseas to enable us to perform services requested by you.

Owing to the global nature of the Internet, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we do our best to ensure that your personal information is secure.

1. Our Application may contain links to other websites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Where you believe that we have not processed your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may lodge a complaint with the respective supervisory authority or data protection regulator. The provision of personal information by you will be for contractual, marketing, or analytical purposes as referred to in this Privacy Policy. If we do not have access to such personal information from you, then we will not be able to undertake certain Services for you.
